Locum CRNA Job Near Minneapolis Wisconsin – $255 Hour (Included Housing Provided)
Job Description
A locum tenens opportunity is available for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Wisconsin, located near Minneapolis. This assignment begins in late May and offers an independent practice setting with a diverse mix of surgical cases.
CRNAs will work autonomously while managing a variety of procedures including orthopedic, endoscopy, OB, and specialty cases. This role is ideal for experienced providers comfortable with regional anesthesia and seeking strong compensation with travel support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties
- Perform pre-anesthesia assessments and develop care plans
- Administer regional blocks including adductor canal, TAP, interscalene, and popliteal blocks
- Manage epidurals and spinal anesthesia
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and ensure safety
- Provide post-anesthesia recovery care
- Document cases using Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits
- $255 per hour base rate
- $265 per hour overtime rate
- $300 per night for weekday call
- $1,000 per 24-hour weekend call
- $265 per hour for call-back hours
- Paid malpractice coverage

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Wisconsin license or ability to obtain
- NBCRNA certification required
- Proven experience with epidurals, spinals, and regional blocks
- Ability to work independently in a CRNA-only model
- Familiarity with Epic EMR preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Locum tenens 1099 position
- Start date: May 29
- Day shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call schedule: 1:2 with overnight call responsibilities
- Weekend call coverage required
- Independent CRNA practice environment
- Diverse case mix including podiatry, endoscopy, ENT, OB, ophthalmology, urology, and orthopedics
- Limited pediatric cases and no VBAC deliveries
