GQR Healthcare is seeking an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens assignment in Western New York. This position offers highly competitive hourly pay, flexible scheduling, and comprehensive coverage for travel and malpractice. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services for general surgery, obstetrics, and regional procedures.
• Perform epidurals, airway management, and regional blocks.
• Collaborate within a 1:3 care team model to ensure high-quality, safe patient care.
• Use EPIC EMR to manage patient documentation and anesthesia records.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hourly Rate: $250 per hour
• Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 10- or 12-hour shifts
• Start Date: As soon as credentialed
• Travel and malpractice fully covered by GQR Healthcare

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active New York license (or eligibility)
• Proficiency in blocks, epidurals, and airway management
