Job Description
Mid-Missouri Anesthesia Consultants (MMAC) is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens opportunity in Jefferson City, Missouri. This role offers excellent pay, predictable weekday hours, and a supportive private practice environment. Ideal for CRNAs who prefer a steady Monday–Friday schedule without nights, weekends, or call responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for a variety of bread-and-butter surgical cases.
- Ensure patient safety through proper preoperative assessment, intraoperative monitoring, and postoperative care.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and clinical staff to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely anesthesia records and documentation.
Compensation & Schedule
- Hourly Rate: $250 per hour
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start time
- Guaranteed 8 hours per day
- No call, nights, or weekends required
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with an active Missouri license
- Ability to work independently and handle a variety of general anesthesia cases
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and professional standards
