Job Description
AMS Anesthesia is seeking locum CRNAs to provide vacation coverage for a practice in Ohio. The dates of coverage are July 22-28, August 5-9, September 23-27, and October 14-18, with the potential for more to follow. This is an all-CRNA group practice covering 2 ORs daily, with an average of 6-10 cases or 3-6 cases per room. The scheduled start time is typically between 6:30 AM and 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 8 hours scheduled each day. The primary case type is orthopedic surgery, requiring interscalene and adductor canal blocks. There is no call and no weekend work.
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work independently as part of an all-CRNA group practice.
- Experience with orthopedic cases, including interscalene and adductor canal blocks.
- No call and no weekend availability required.
- Credentialing time: Typically 45-60 days.
Annual Estimated Salary or Payment
Compensation includes $2,600 to $2,800 per day, depending on the specific days worked. Employment can be either W-2 (Employee) or 1099 (Independent Contractor).
