Job Description
AIM Anesthesia is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Beaumont, Texas. This coastal Texas position offers competitive hourly pay, overtime opportunities, and flexible shift options. Temporary privileges are available for quick onboarding, making it ideal for providers seeking immediate placement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties including general surgery, orthopedics, GI, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, cardiovascular, neuro, OB, and vascular cases.
- Conduct pre-anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans for diverse patient populations.
- Administer anesthesia and manage patients throughout the perioperative process, ensuring safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to maintain efficient and high-quality patient care.
- Adapt to various shift schedules and provide occasional minimal call coverage as required.
Compensation & Benefits
- $210/hour regular rate
- $275/hour overtime rate
- Daily compensation range: $1,700–$3,300+
- 1099 independent contractor status
- Temporary privileges for expedited start

Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Active Texas CRNA license required
- Strong proficiency in a variety of anesthesia techniques across multiple case types
- Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team
- Flexibility with scheduling and minimal call responsibilities
