Locum Tenens CRNA – $225–$250/Hour | Level III Trauma Facility | Southern Washington

Job Description

Wave Health Partners is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for an excellent locum tenens opportunity in Southern Washington. This Level III trauma facility offers competitive hourly pay, flexible shift options, and a supportive, medically supervised care team model. CRNAs will have the chance to work across a diverse range of surgical specialties in a modern hospital setting using the Epic EMR system.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across multiple specialties, including ENT, general surgery, GI endoscopy, GYN, orthopedics, podiatry, OB, urology, vascular, and robotic procedures.
• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop safe, individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgery and recovery.
• Collaborate closely with anesthesiologists and the surgical team in a medically supervised model.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation within the Epic EMR system.

Compensation & Benefits

• Rate: $225–$250/hour
• 1099 independent contractor status

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Washington State CRNA license or IMLC eligibility
• NBCRNA certification required
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications
• Experience in a hospital or trauma setting preferred

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens position
• Day shifts: 3x12s or 4x10s available
• Night shifts: 12-hour schedule, 3–5 nights per week
• No call required
• Medically supervised care team model
• Epic EMR system
