Job Description

AIM Anesthesia is seeking skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a full-time locum tenens opportunity in Boise, Idaho. This high-paying position offers a mix of supervision and independent practice models across two facilities. Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia care across a variety of surgical specialties in both supervised and independent practice settings.
• Conduct pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia plans.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Participate in scheduled call rotation, including one weekend shift and two night calls per month.
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and maintain accurate documentation.

Compensation & Benefits

• $240/hour regular rate
• $300/hour overtime rate
• Daily compensation range: $1,900–$3,600+
• 1099 independent contractor status
• Option to work at a sister hospital with an independent practice model
• Credentialing assistance and support (approximately 90 days)

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active Idaho CRNA license required
• DEA and Controlled Substance Registration (CSR) required
• Comfortable working both independently and under supervision
• Strong clinical judgment and flexibility with scheduling

Schedule & Work Environment

• Locum Tenens, full-time position (40-hour week)
• Combination of shift options to meet full-time coverage
• Call required: 1 weekend shift and 2 nights per month
• Supervised practice at main hospital; independent model available at sister facility
• Supportive, team-based anesthesia department
