Job Description

Partners in Anesthesia is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for multiple locum tenens opportunities across the San Antonio metropolitan area. This flexible role offers premium hourly pay, various shift options, and the chance to work in respected care team models across diverse facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective anesthesia services in a variety of surgical settings under an anesthesia care team model.
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer anesthesia and monitor patient responses throughout procedures.
• Participate in preoperative assessments and postoperative patient management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility and regulatory standards.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay rate: Up to $215/hour (based on experience, client, and location).
• Guaranteed 40 hours per week (for most assignments).
• Flexible shift options with 4–12-month contracts, extendable based on performance and need.
• No call, nights, or weekends at most locations.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification.
• Active Texas RN and CRNA license (or eligibility).
• Experience in a care team model preferred.
• Strong communication, adaptability, and clinical judgment.
