Job Description
Medicus Healthcare Solutions is partnering with a respected medical center in southern Ohio to offer an exclusive locum tenens CRNA opportunity. This assignment is ideal for providers seeking flexibility, a diverse surgical caseload, and premium agency support. CRNAs may choose either 8- or 10-hour Monday–Friday shifts, allowing for a predictable workweek and strong work–life balance. The facility offers a medically directed 1:4 model and a wide range of case types, including general surgery, ENT, GYN, vascular, healthy pediatrics, thoracic, and urology—with no neuro or spine cases required. Providers will work in an organized environment using Meditech EMR, supported by a collaborative anesthesia team and a highly efficient OR workflow. Medicus offers comprehensive logistical support, including paid travel and lodging, malpractice coverage, a dedicated recruiter, and in-house credentialing experts to streamline the onboarding process. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care in a medically directed 1:4 model
- Conduct preoperative assessments and develop personalized anesthetic plans
- Provide anesthesia across general, GYN, ENT, vascular, healthy pediatrics, thoracic, and urology cases
- Monitor patients throughout procedures and manage anesthesia-related needs
- Document care using Meditech EMR

Job Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Active CRNA licensure
- NBCRNA certification
- ABA board certification required
- Comfort managing a broad surgical caseload
