Job Description
Wave Health Partners is seeking experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for a locum tenens opportunity in central Wisconsin. This assignment offers competitive hourly compensation, paid travel and lodging, and a diverse hospital-based case mix. CRNAs will provide anesthesia services across a broad range of cases, including general surgery, orthopedics, head and spine procedures, obstetrics, and pediatrics. The practice operates with a beeper call model and utilizes the Epic electronic medical record system. Providers will work alongside physicians and a strong support staff, including registered nurses and advanced practice providers, to ensure safe and efficient patient care.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care for a variety of surgical procedures across multiple specialties
- Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop appropriate anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage anesthesia-related adjustments
- Provide post-anesthesia care and ensure safe patient recovery
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and APPs in a team-based setting
Compensation & Benefits
- $225–$250 per hour

Job Requirements
- Active NBCRNA certification
- Wisconsin CRNA license (active or obtainable prior to start)
- Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
