Job Description

Banner Health, one of the nation’s premier non-profit healthcare systems, is seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the anesthesia team at Banner Lassen Medical Center in Susanville, California. This per-diem (PRN) position offers autonomy within a CRNA-only practice model, excellent hourly pay, and the opportunity to work in one of Northern California’s most scenic regions.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide anesthesia services across a range of cases including general surgery, orthopedics, obstetrics, and endoscopy.
• Perform ultrasound-guided regional blocks and other advanced anesthesia techniques.
• Evaluate, monitor, and manage patients throughout the perioperative process.
• Work independently in a CRNA-only practice model while collaborating with a dedicated medical team.
• Maintain patient safety and adhere to Banner Health’s high standards of care and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Active California CRNA license required
• Minimum of 2 years of anesthesia experience
