CRNA Locums – Upstate NY | $250/hr + Stipend, 10–12 Hr Shifts
Job Description
Recruiting Resources is seeking experienced CRNAs for locum tenens coverage in Upstate New York. Work at a busy hospital with 30 operating rooms, a diverse caseload, and flexible scheduling. This assignment offers competitive pay, a stipend, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment alongside a physician-run anesthesia group.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for bread & butter cases, orthopedics, vascular, spine, and OB (preferred, not required)
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a busy OR setting
- Provide high-quality patient care across multiple surgical specialties
- Adapt to staffing model changes and work independently when needed
Compensation & Benefits
- $250/hr + stipend

Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- 3–4 years of anesthesia experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle change confidently
- Active New York license or willingness to obtain (unlicensed candidates considered)
Schedule & Work Environment
- 5 days/week, 10 or 12-hour shifts
- Minimum of 2 weeks per month required
- 6-month to 1-year assignments
- Busy facility with 1,700 deliveries/year and high surgical volume
