Flexible MN Locum CRNA – $230/hr + OT, Call Pay & Free Lodging
Job Description
Recruiting Resources is seeking CRNAs for a highly flexible locum tenens opportunity at a 48-bed hospital in Minnesota. This is an all-CRNA practice with a rotating schedule, call opportunities, and significant earning potential through OT and call-back pay. Travel, lodging, and mileage are covered, and the site is open to various scheduling arrangements—including full 2-week blocks or 1-week per month options.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for a mix of outpatient and inpatient cases (75% outpatient)
- Perform regional anesthesia using ultrasound (interscalene, epidural, thoracic)
- Rotate call as part of a 3-CRNA all-CRNA practice
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 contractor position
- $230/hour base rate (8-hour daily minimum)
- OT after 8 hours at $250/hour (paid in 15-minute increments)
- M–F beeper call: $400/night
- Callbacks: $250/hour (2-hour minimum)
- Weekend call: $1,700 per 24-hour shift (includes 2 hours call back)
- Lodging provided
- Mileage reimbursed at IRS rate; rental car or airfare available (pre-approval required)
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification – required
- Active Minnesota CRNA license – required
- Proficient in regional anesthesia with ultrasound
Schedule & Work Environment
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off schedule – flexible options available
- Optional: 1 week/month or weekdays only without call
- 48-bed facility with 4 ORs (2 ORs run daily)
- 6–8 cases per day; approx. 30 deliveries/month
- 15-minute response time for call
