Job Description
Recruiting Resources is seeking CRNAs for a flexible full-time locum tenens assignment at a Level III tertiary care hospital in Minnesota. This opportunity offers a variety of shift lengths, beeper call options, and competitive compensation at $240/hour. Full travel, lodging, and credentialing support are included.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care within a care team model (4:1 supervision ratio)
- Provide services for patients ages 12 and up in a high-acuity hospital setting
- Optional beeper call coverage for weeknights and weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 contractor position
- $240/hour base pay
- OT and call-back pay at 1.5x hourly rate
- Weeknight beeper call (8 hrs): $600 | (12 hrs): $800
- Weekend beeper call (12 hrs): $1000 | (24 hrs): $1500
- Holiday pay at 1.5x hourly rate
- Full travel, lodging, and mileage reimbursement
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification – required
- MN CRNA license – required
- ACLS and BLS – required upon hire
- Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time preferred, minimum 2 weeks per month required
- Shifts available: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours
- Schedule options: 6:30 AM–3 PM, 5 PM, 7 PM, or 8 PM
- EMR: Epic
- 24-hour anesthesia support staff on-site
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
