Job Description
Recruiting Resources is seeking CRNAs for a locum tenens position at a 317-bed hospital in Arizona. This high-volume facility features a broad range of surgical specialties and offers a competitive $230/hour rate. Ideal for experienced CRNAs with recent hospital-based experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia in a hospital setting with 11 main ORs and 2 ambulatory ORs
- Manage a diverse caseload including ortho, trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, endoscopy, and general cases
- Deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 contractor position
- $230/hour – all-inclusive
- Overtime paid only after scheduled shift (not after 40 hours/week)
- Malpractice coverage provided by agency
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification – required
- Active Arizona license – required (open to time-to-license candidates)
- BLS or ACLS certification – required
- Recent hospital experience – required
Schedule & Work Environment
- 317-bed hospital with high case volume (50–60 cases/day)
- EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
- Phone interview with medical director required
- Credentialing timeframe: approximately 30 days
