This position is structured as a 1099 independent contractor role and offers strong daily compensation starting at $2,000 per day. CCI is looking for one to two CRNAs who can provide reliable coverage and are flexible to rotate between Kansas locations as assignments expand. The model is well-suited for providers who enjoy variety in practice settings while maintaining consistency through an established anesthesia group.
While specific facility details may vary by site, assignments are designed to support independent CRNA practice with clear expectations and streamlined workflows. Providers selected for this opportunity should be comfortable adapting to different hospital environments and collaborating with local perioperative teams to deliver safe, efficient anesthesia care. This role offers the opportunity to build continuity across multiple Kansas facilities while avoiding the short-term churn common with many locum assignments.
Credentialing is required prior to start, and providers must hold NBCRNA certification, an active Kansas license, and current ACLS certification. New graduates may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Malpractice coverage is not provided by the group, and CRNAs are required to carry their own policy with limits of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate.
