Job Description
Hospital-based locum assignment in Minneapolis with flexible scheduling, optional call, and a supportive care-team environment. This is an ongoing need with a two-day orientation provided prior to start. Full-time availability is preferred, but part-time options are possible.
Compensation
- $240 per hour
- Malpractice coverage provided
Schedule
- Full-time preferred; minimum of two weeks per month required
- Shift options: 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours
- Typical schedules: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM, 6:30 AM – 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 6:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Optional call: 12-hour beeper (some Saturdays), 8-hour weeknights, and occasional overnight shifts
- Care team model with 1:4 ratio
- Setting: Acute care hospital
- Two days of orientation required
Responsibilities
- Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations, administer anesthesia, and manage post-anesthesia care
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care within a supervised care-team model
- Document all patient interactions and procedures accurately in the EMR
Requirements
- NBCRNA-certified CRNA with active Minnesota license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum of one year of CRNA experience
