A program in York Pennsylvania is looking for Locum CRNA Coverage
4 ten-hour days; either M-Th or T-Fri.
40 hours/week or willing to split the hours between providers if needed, based on availability.
We generally have 12-13 ologists onsite per day.
-We have close to 600 beds. The daily census changes. We have 15 General ORs, 2 open heart ORs, 3 APS, 3 GI rooms, OB, Epidurals, Airway, 6 Cath/EP lab (increasing to 6 from 4 in Feb), MRI/IR, TEE, ECT.
-100% supervision unless short staffed and then occasionally the Ologist will personally perform, with the exception of Acute Pain Service which is assigned to an anesthesiologist
-Will not be required to do any cardiac cases, OB, or epidurals. Candidate to be well rounded in all other types of cases as we are a Level 1 Trauma center and the acuity of our patients is high
Candidate should be confident in working at a level 1 Trauma center. Airway management and code team is part of those responsibilities.
The care model is medical direction; generally 3:1, but sometimes 4:1.
