Job Description
Med Talent Group is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for locum tenens opportunities in the Twin Cities, Minnesota area. This assignment offers flexibility in scheduling, an optional call component, and a supportive care team model within a respected healthcare system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia care as part of a collaborative care team model.
- Support a wide variety of surgical procedures under physician supervision.
- Conduct preoperative assessments and monitor patient safety throughout anesthesia delivery.
- Ensure accurate documentation of all anesthesia-related care.
Compensation & Schedule
- Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
- Shift Options: 8-, 10-, 12-, and 16-hour shifts available
- Nights and weekends optional
- Call: Optional
- Malpractice: AAA-rated malpractice insurance provided
Job Requirements
- Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) with active or eligible Minnesota license
- Comfortable working within a care team model
- No block, a-line, epidural, or spinal procedures required
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt to various surgical settings
