Minnesota Locum CRNA Assignment – $240/hr + Premium Call Pay at Level III Tertiary Hospital
Job Description
This locum tenens CRNA opportunity is based in Minnesota at a Level III tertiary hospital and offers flexible shift lengths with full reimbursement and premium call pay. Full-time coverage is preferred, with a minimum commitment of two weeks per month required. This role supports a care team model in a high-acuity hospital environment using Epic EMR.
Practice Environment
The CRNA will practice in a tertiary hospital setting utilizing a care team model (4:1). The department is supported by a 24-hour anesthesia aide team responsible for room turnover and supply support, allowing CRNAs to focus on clinical care. Patient population includes ages 12 and up.
Schedule & Shift Options
- Minimum commitment: Two weeks per month (FTE coverage preferred)
- Shift lengths available: 8, 10, 12, and 16 hours
- Standard shift start: 6:30 AM
- Shift end options: 3:00 PM, 5:00 PM, 7:00 PM, or 8:00 PM
- Occasional overnight shifts available (optional)
Call Opportunities (Optional)
- Weekend beeper call (24 hrs): $1,500 flat rate
- Weekend beeper call (12 hrs): $1,000 flat rate
- Weeknight beeper call (8 hrs): $600 flat rate
- Weeknight beeper call (12 hrs): $800 flat rate
- Call back: 1.5× hourly rate
Compensation
- Base rate: $240.00/hour
- Overtime: 1.5× hourly rate (after scheduled shift)
- Holiday pay: 1.5× hourly rate
- Holidays recognized: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Credentialing
- Credentialing timeframe: 60–90 days
Job Requirements
- Active Minnesota Registered Nurse license
- Active Minnesota CRNA license
- ACLS and BLS (Tier 2 – Advanced Cardiac Life Support) required
- Minimum of 1 year CRNA experience
