A well-established endoscopy center in Greensboro, North Carolina is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a long-term locum tenens opportunity focused exclusively on monitored anesthesia care (MAC). This is a definite position with a planned end date extending well into the future, offering exceptional stability and flexibility for CRNAs who prefer a consistent outpatient environment with reliable hours.

The center is staffed by a highly experienced team of physicians who are recognized as excellent endoscopists, contributing to efficient case flow and a collegial work environment. CRNAs can expect to manage an average of approximately 11 cases per day, allowing for a steady but manageable pace throughout the workday. Clinical hours typically run from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., supporting an excellent work-life balance with no nights, no weekends, and no call responsibilities.

This locum tenens role is structured as a 1099 independent contractor position and offers strong daily compensation. The standard daily rate is $1,440, based on $180 per hour, with additional compensation of $150 for every 30 minutes worked beyond 4:30 p.m. On occasion, typically about once per month, the schedule concludes early around 12:30 p.m., yet CRNAs are still paid the full daily rate—an added benefit that reflects the center’s provider-friendly culture.

The facility is seeking CRNAs who can commit to a minimum of three days per week, though full-time availability is also welcomed. Key Responsibilities
