Locum CRNA – Northwestern Minnesota (OB & Regional)
Job Description
A facility in Northwestern Minnesota is seeking a locum tenens CRNA for coverage in a busy surgical setting performing approximately 60 OR cases per week. This 1099 opportunity includes a mix of general and OB anesthesia with regional responsibilities.
The role includes day shifts with optional call coverage and use of the EPIC EMR system.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia for general and OB cases
- Perform spinal and epidural anesthesia
- Administer regional blocks including interscalene, sciatic, adductor canal, TAP, and axillary blocks
- Utilize EPIC for documentation
- Participate in call coverage as scheduled
Compensation & Benefits
- 1099 locum tenens contract
- Industry competitive and negotiable rate
- Day and call shift structure
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification required
- Active Minnesota license required at presentation
- Current ACLS and PALS certifications required (NRP highly encouraged)
- Must provide logs showing 10 epidurals in the last 24 months
- Must provide logs showing 50 patients in the last 12 months
Schedule & Work Environment
- Locum tenens contract
- Day shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- Call shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Approximately 60 OR cases per week
