AMN Healthcare is seeking CRNAs for an exciting locum tenens opportunity in Des Moines, Iowa. This role offers a wide range of case exposure, highly flexible scheduling, and full travel support. Whether you’re seeking variety or stability, this position accommodates both experienced and adventurous providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care across a full spectrum of surgical specialties including general, ortho, urology, cardiac, robotics, and pediatrics
- Work independently or within a minimally supervised care model
- Utilize EPIC EMR and paper charting systems
Compensation & Benefits
- Highly competitive 1099 compensation
- All travel and lodging expenses covered
- Malpractice insurance provided
- $3,500 referral bonus
Job Requirements
- NBCRNA certification
- Willingness to obtain Iowa license (license assistance available)
- Comfort with broad case mix including pediatrics and cardiac preferred
Schedule & Work Environment
- Shifts: 8, 10, 12, or 24-hour options
- Optional call coverage
- Hospital-based setting with low supervision
